Huddersfield Town's Set Piece Record

It has been a tough start to the Premier League season so far for Huddersfield Town, who sit bottom of the table and have scored only three goals from their six fixtures - each of them from set piece situations.

For teams like Huddersfield who don’t have those £50 million playmakers and strikers at their disposal, but who are playing against teams who do have those types of players, set pieces can be a good leveller and a source of goals they can exploit.

The Terriers clearly work hard on their routines and it has paid dividends for each of their goals scored so far this term, one coming from a corner kick and two from long throw ins.

Their latest effort came last weekend against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium, from a Philip Billing long throw in. And we have broken it down, powered by Globall Coach.

Globall Coach is used by a lot of elite clubs in the UK, Europe and North America by technical staff to plan their set play program.
